🌿 Nature Rhythms

Move. Explore. Grow.

Nature Rhythms is a unique outdoor movement and dance program at Back 2 Nature where children discover the joy of dance while connecting with the beauty of the natural world. Through creative movement, music, storytelling, and imaginative play, children are encouraged to express themselves, build confidence, and develop coordination in a fun, supportive environment.

Each class is inspired by nature's wonders—from fluttering like butterflies and swaying like trees to hopping like woodland animals and dancing through falling leaves. Along the way, children strengthen their gross motor skills, balance, creativity, social skills, and emotional well-being while enjoying fresh air and hands-on exploration.

Our classes focus on participation, imagination, and the joy of movement rather than perfect technique, making Nature Rhythms a welcoming experience for children of all abilities and skill levels.

🌿 Little Herbologists

Plant • Discover • Create • Grow

Welcome to Little Herbologists, a hands-on nature class at Back 2 Nature where children explore the amazing world of herbs, plants, and gardening through fun, age-appropriate activities. Each class encourages curiosity as children dig in the soil, plant seeds, identify herbs, create nature-inspired crafts, and learn how plants are used in cooking, gardens, and everyday life.

Our goal is to help children develop a love and respect for nature while building confidence, responsibility, and observation skills. Through sensory exploration, outdoor learning, and creative projects, children discover how plants grow, why pollinators are important, and how caring for a garden helps care for our environment.

Every class includes hands-on activities designed to inspire exploration, teamwork, and a lifelong appreciation for the natural world in a fun, safe, and engaging setting.

Children will enjoy:

  • 🌱 Planting and caring for herbs and flowers

  • 🌿 Learning to identify common herbs and garden plants

  • πŸ¦‹ Exploring pollinators and the life cycles of plants

  • 🎨 Nature-inspired crafts and sensory activities

  • 🌎 Outdoor exploration and environmental stewardship

  • 🧺 Simple culinary and creative projects using herbs

Little Herbologists is an educational gardening and nature program. Children learn about herbs through gardening, sensory exploration, crafts, and traditional cultural uses. This class is not intended to provide medical advice or teach the medicinal use of herbs.

Come grow with us as we plant seeds of curiosity, creativity, and a lifelong love of nature! πŸŒΌπŸƒ
